이 약관은 Inscramble OÜ(등록번호 17531173, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, 이하 ‘당사’)가 운영하는 Mirrorwall 앱(Mac, Windows, iOS, Android), 웹판, 이 사이트(이하 ‘서비스’)에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 쓰면 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 쓰지 마세요.
1. 서비스
서비스는 영상, 사진, 카메라 화면, 유튜브 영상을 여러 칸에 띄워 연습을 돕는 도구입니다. 가입은 필요 없습니다. 컴퓨터 앱과 웹판은 무료이고 녹화에 워터마크가 들어갑니다. iOS·Android 앱은 무료이고 광고가 나오며 녹화에 워터마크가 들어갑니다.
2. 사용 권한
당사는 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 쓸 수 있는 비독점적이고 양도할 수 없는 권리를 드립니다. 서비스의 권리는 당사와 원래 권리자에게 있습니다. 컴퓨터 앱은 FFmpeg를 LGPLv2.1로 씁니다. 오픈소스 구성 요소에는 각 라이선스가 먼저 적용되며, 이 약관은 그 라이선스가 허용하는 수정이나 분석을 막지 않습니다.
3. 사용자의 콘텐츠
사용자가 연 파일과 만든 녹화물의 권리는 사용자나 원래 권리자에게 있고, 당사는 이를 받지 않습니다. 칸에 띄우거나 녹화하고 공유할 콘텐츠를 쓸 권리가 있는지는 사용자가 확인해야 하며, 다른 사람을 찍거나 공유하려면 그 사람의 동의를 받아야 합니다. 파일과 세트는 기기에만 저장되어 당사가 복구해 드릴 수 없으니 직접 백업해 주세요.
4. 금지 행위
법을 어기거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 사용, 콘텐츠의 복제 방지 장치 우회, 구매 확인이나 라이선스 키의 위조와 우회, 광고 수치 조작, 서비스 운영 방해를 하면 안 됩니다. 어기면 사용 권리를 끝낼 수 있습니다.
5. 유튜브
서비스는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 유튜브 칸을 쓰면 YouTube 이용약관에 동의하는 것입니다. Google은 Google 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다. 유튜브 칸은 녹화에 들어가지 않으며, 유튜브가 영상이나 기능을 바꾸거나 막으면 재생되지 않을 수 있습니다.
6. 광고와 구매
iOS·Android 앱에는 Google AdMob 광고가 나옵니다. 광고의 내용과 광고로 이어지는 거래의 책임은 광고주에게 있습니다.
앱에서 ‘광고·워터마크 제거’를 살 수 있습니다. 한 번 결제하면 계속 쓰는 상품이고 구독이 아니며, 같은 스토어 계정이면 ‘구매 복원’으로 다시 받을 수 있습니다. iOS와 Android의 구매는 서로 옮겨지지 않습니다. 결제와 환불은 Apple과 Google Play가 각자의 정책에 따라 처리합니다. 구매 즉시 제공되는 상품이라 제공이 시작되면 법이 허용하는 범위에서 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다. 법이 보장하는 환불과 철회의 권리는 그대로입니다.
App Store에서 받은 앱에는 Apple 표준 EULA도 함께 적용되며, 둘이 다르면 Apple 표준 EULA를 따릅니다.
7. 서비스 변경과 중단
당사는 기능을 바꾸거나 서비스를 중단할 수 있습니다. 구매한 상품에 영향을 주는 변경은 미리 알리고 법에 따라 처리합니다.
8. 보증과 책임
서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 모든 기기와 파일에서 동작하거나 오류가 없음을 보증하지 않습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 당사는 다른 회사의 서비스(유튜브, 앱 스토어 등) 장애, 기기에 저장된 자료의 손실, 간접 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 연습 중의 안전은 사용자가 스스로 살펴야 합니다.
이 약관은 사기, 고의나 중대한 과실, 과실로 인한 사망이나 신체 상해에 대한 책임, 법이 소비자에게 보장하는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
9. 준거법과 분쟁
이 약관은 에스토니아 법을 따르며, 소비자가 사는 나라의 강행 규정은 그대로 적용됩니다. 소비자는 사는 나라의 법원에 소송을 낼 수 있습니다. 문제가 생기면 먼저 support@inscramble.so로 연락해 주세요.
10. 약관 변경과 문의
약관을 바꾸면 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 올리고, 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 사용을 그만둘 수 있습니다. 문의는 support@inscramble.so, 권리 침해 신고는 legal@inscramble.so로 보내 주세요.

These terms apply to the Mirrorwall apps (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android), the web app and this site (the “Service”), operated by Inscramble OÜ (registry code 17531173, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, “we”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is a practice tool that shows videos, photos, camera images and YouTube videos in several panes. No account is needed. The computer apps and web app are free and add a watermark to recordings. The iOS and Android apps are free, show ads and add a watermark to recordings.
2. Your license
We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. All rights in the Service remain with us and the original owners. The computer apps use FFmpeg under the LGPLv2.1. Open source components are governed first by their own licenses, and these terms do not restrict any modification or analysis those licenses allow.
3. Your content
Rights in the files you open and the recordings you make stay with you or their original owners, and we do not receive them. You are responsible for having the rights to show, record and share your content, and for getting consent from people you film or share. Files and sets are stored only on your device and we cannot recover them, so keep your own backups.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights, bypass copy protection, forge or bypass purchase checks or license keys, manipulate ad metrics, or disrupt the Service. If you do, we may end your right to use it.
5. YouTube
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using a YouTube pane you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google processes data under the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube panes are not included in recordings, and playback may stop if YouTube changes or blocks a video or feature.
6. Ads and purchases
The iOS and Android apps show Google AdMob ads. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and any transactions that follow from them.
You can buy “광고·워터마크 제거” (remove ads and watermark) in the app. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and you can restore it with the same store account. Purchases do not transfer between iOS and Android. Apple and Google Play handle payments and refunds under their own policies. Because the item is delivered immediately, your right of withdrawal may end once delivery starts, to the extent the law allows. Your statutory refund and withdrawal rights are not affected.
Apps from the App Store are also subject to the Apple Standard EULA, which prevails if the two differ.
7. Changes to the Service
We may change or discontinue the Service. We give advance notice of changes that affect a purchased item and handle them as the law requires.
8. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided as is. We do not promise that it works on every device or file or is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for outages of other companies’ services (such as YouTube or app stores), loss of data stored on your device, or indirect damages. You are responsible for your own safety while practicing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of that country. If something goes wrong, please contact support@inscramble.so first.
10. Changes and contact
We post changes on this page with a new effective date and give advance notice of material changes. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Service. Write to support@inscramble.so with questions and legal@inscramble.so to report infringement.
