Inscramble OÜ(등록번호 17531173, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, 이하 ‘당사’)는 Mirrorwall 앱(Mac, Windows, iOS, Android), 웹판, 이 사이트(이하 ‘서비스’)의 개인정보 처리 책임자입니다.
1. 기기 안에만 남는 정보
가입 절차가 없습니다. 영상, 사진, 카메라 화면, 녹화 파일, 세트와 설정은 기기 안에서만 처리하고 당사로 보내지 않습니다. 카메라는 소리 없이 칸에 띄우는 데만, 사진·저장 권한은 녹화 파일을 저장하는 데만 씁니다. 마이크, 위치, 연락처 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 이 정보는 앱을 삭제하거나 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 사라집니다.

당사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 법이 요구하는 경우 외에는 이 표에 없는 곳에 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 광고 거부
- 광고 제거를 구매하면 광고를 띄우지 않고 다음 실행부터 광고 SDK를 켜지 않습니다.
- iOS: 앱은 추적 허용을 요청하지 않으며 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 받지 않습니다.
- Android: 설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 메뉴 이름은 기기마다 다릅니다.
- 유럽 등 동의를 받는 지역: 처음 실행할 때 동의 창이 뜨고, 구매 창의 ‘광고 개인정보 설정’에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- Google 내 광고 센터에서 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. Google이 정보를 쓰는 방식은 이 안내를 봐 주세요.
4. 유튜브
서비스는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 유튜브 칸을 쓰면 YouTube 이용약관이 적용되고 Google은 Google 개인정보처리방침에 따라 정보를 처리합니다. Google은 쿠키 같은 기술로 기기에 정보를 저장하거나 읽을 수 있고 플레이어에 광고를 보여 줄 수 있습니다. 서비스가 플레이어에서 받는 영상 ID, 재생 위치, 재생·소리 상태, 속도는 이어 보기 위해 기기 안에만 저장합니다.
구글 계정 데이터에는 접근하지 않습니다. 구글 계정에 준 권한은 Google 보안 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다. 컴퓨터 앱에서 구글에 로그인하면 로그인 상태는 기기 안에 남고, 앱은 비밀번호를 저장하거나 보내지 않습니다.
5. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소
이 사이트는 쿠키와 방문 측정 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 웹판은 설정과 파일 권한을 브라우저 저장소에 두고 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 유튜브 칸의 쿠키는 브라우저 설정에서 막을 수 있으며, 막으면 재생이 원활하지 않을 수 있습니다.
6. 국외 이전
당사는 에스토니아에서 정보를 처리하고, Cloudflare와 Google은 미국 등 여러 나라에서 처리합니다. 정보는 서비스를 쓰는 동안 암호화된 네트워크로 옮겨집니다. EEA 밖으로의 이전에는 EU–US Data Privacy Framework와 표준계약조항을 적용합니다. 항목, 목적, 보관 기간은 2번 표와 같습니다. 연락처는 Cloudflare privacyquestions@cloudflare.com, Google 문의 양식입니다. 이전을 원하지 않으면 3번의 방법으로 거부하거나 해당 기능을 쓰지 않을 수 있고, 이 경우 그 기능은 쓸 수 없습니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 사는 곳의 법에 따라 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동, 반대를 요구하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. privacy@inscramble.so로 요청하면 한 달 안에, 법이 더 짧은 기간을 정한 곳에서는 그 기간 안에 답합니다. 대리인을 통해서도 요청할 수 있습니다. 1번의 정보는 당사에 없으므로 기기에서 직접 지웁니다.
에스토니아 데이터 보호 감독청(AKI)이나 사는 나라의 감독기관에 신고할 수 있습니다. 대한민국 이용자는 개인정보 침해신고센터(118)와 개인정보 분쟁조정위원회(1833-6972)에 도움을 요청할 수 있습니다. 미국 일부 주의 이용자는 3번의 방법으로 맞춤 광고를 거부할 수 있고, 권리 행사를 이유로 차별받지 않습니다.
8. 보안과 파기
통신은 암호화하고 운영 계정은 접근을 통제합니다. 보관 기간이 끝나면 복구할 수 없게 지웁니다.
9. 아동
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 사는 나라의 법이 더 높은 나이를 정하면 그 나이를 따릅니다. 아동의 정보를 받은 것을 알게 되면 지웁니다. 보호자는 privacy@inscramble.so로 연락해 주세요.
10. 변경과 문의
방침을 바꾸면 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 올리고, 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다. 개인정보 담당 부서(Privacy)는 privacy@inscramble.so입니다. 당사는 GDPR상 데이터 보호 책임자(DPO)를 둘 의무가 없어 선임하지 않았습니다.

Inscramble OÜ (registry code 17531173, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, “we”) is the controller of personal data for the Mirrorwall apps (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android), the web app and this site (the “Service”).
1. Data that stays on your device
There is no sign-up. Videos, photos, camera images, recordings, sets and settings are processed on your device and never sent to us. The camera is used only to show a live picture in a pane, without sound. Photo and storage permissions are used only to save recordings. We do not ask for microphone, location or contacts access. This data is gone when you delete the app or clear the browser’s site data.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with anyone not listed here unless the law requires it.
3. Opting out of ads
- If you buy the ad removal, we stop showing ads and do not start the ad SDK from the next launch.
- iOS: the app does not request tracking permission and does not receive the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- Android: you can delete the advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads. Menu names differ by device.
- Regions where consent is required, such as Europe: a consent form appears at first launch, and you can change your choice at any time under “광고 개인정보 설정” (ad privacy settings) in the purchase window.

4. YouTube
The Service uses YouTube API Services. When you use a YouTube pane, the YouTube Terms of Service apply and Google processes data under the Google Privacy Policy. Google may store or read information on your device using cookies or similar technology, and may show ads in the player. The video ID, playback position, playback and sound state and speed that the Service receives from the player are stored only on your device, so you can resume later.
We do not access Google account data. You can revoke permissions you have given to apps at Google security settings. If you sign in to Google in the computer app, the session stays on your device and the app does not store or send your password.
5. Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no cookies or analytics. The web app keeps settings and file permissions in browser storage and does not send them to a server. You can block cookies from YouTube panes in your browser settings, though playback may not work properly.
6. International transfers
We process data in Estonia. Cloudflare and Google process it in the United States and other countries. Data moves over encrypted networks while you use the Service. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. The data, purposes and retention are as in section 2. 7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent. Write to privacy@inscramble.so and we will answer within one month, or sooner where the law requires it. You may use a representative. Data in section 1 is not held by us, so delete it on your device.
You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) or the authority where you live. Users in Korea may also contact the Personal Information Infringement Report Center (118) and the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (1833-6972). Residents of some US states may opt out of personalized ads as in section 3 and will not be discriminated against for exercising their rights.
8. Security and deletion
We encrypt data in transit and control access to our accounts. When a retention period ends, we delete the data so that it cannot be recovered.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 14, or a higher age if your country’s law sets one. If we learn that we hold a child’s data, we delete it. Parents and guardians can write to privacy@inscramble.so.
10. Changes and contact
We post changes on this page with a new effective date and give advance notice of material changes. Our privacy contact is privacy@inscramble.so. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer because the GDPR does not require one for our processing.
